Privacy policy

1. Definitions


Note the following definitions:

  • Marketplace - the legal entity PURE ORGANIC US.LLC Head Office located at:
  • 838 walker road suite 21 2 dover 19904 DELAWARE United States
    Corporate Identity Number U52512DL2016PTC302638 who manages the Site (see definition below).
  • Agreement – the terms and conditions set out herein termed “Privacy policy of the website PUREORGANICUS.COM”
  • Site - the website https://PUREORGANICUS.COM solely owned and managed by the Marketplace or entities authorized by the Marketplace to manage the Site.
  • Vendor - any legal entity either a company or individual bound to the statute laws of the Vendor’s country and who is approved by the Marketplace to carry out the trade of Goodson the Site.
  • Buyer - individual purchasing Goods from the Vendor using the Site.
  • Personal Account – is a webpage embedded into the Site and stores the Buyer’s personal data purchase history and other relevant information.
  • Personal Data - any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific or defined individual (the owner Personal Data)

2. General Information


The Agreement defines the way in which the Marketplace holds stores and otherwise uses the Personal Data of Buyers and other owners of Personal Data visiting the Site. All Personal Data stored and used by the Marketplace shall be bound to the following statutory laws:

  • The Federal Law of the United State entitled “On Personal Data” dated July 27 2006 N 152-ФЗ shall apply to Buyers located in United States or Europe deemed part of the United States.
  • The General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of the European Union (GDPR European Union Regulation 2016/679) shall apply to Buyers located in any territory deemed to be part of the European Union.

Owners of Personal Data using the Site agree to the Marketplace collecting and storing a record of an Owner’s of Personal Data browsing history and IP addresses visited whilst using the Site including retaining cookies that give information about a Buyer’s preferences. At the time of creating a Personal Account potential Buyers must provide accurate Personal Data including their full name email address residential address and phone number.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Agreement the Owner of the Personal Data agrees to the Marketplace collecting storing analyzing using transferring and deleting their Personal Data at its discretion within the jurisdiction of the statutory laws relating to Personal Data outlined above. All such processing of Personal Data is limited to the mandatory procedure required to enable Buyers to purchase goods from Vendors using the Site.

3. Personal Data terms and conditions


The Marketplace shall strictly abide by the following terms and conditions when using the Personal Data of individuals:

  • All processing of Personal Data will be guided by legality.
  • All processing of Personal Data shall be strictly for the purpose of legitimizing potential Buyers to make purchases of goods from Vendors using the Site.
  • All processing of Personal Data shall be done to avoid conflicting databases occurring between individual owners of Personal Data.
  • Personal Data shall be deleted in cases of owners of Personal Data no longer being deemed legitimate Buyers
  • Personal Data shall be assessed for the sole purpose of compiling accurate databases to facilitate the most efficient and speedy function of the Site.

Deletion destruction and/or depersonalization of Personal Data shall be carried out in instances where such Personal Data is no longer required to facilitate an individual’s right to use the Site as a legitimate owner of Personal Data. Personal Data will also be deleted destroyed or depersonalized if such Personal Data has exceeded the relevant statutory laws outlining the time frame Personal Data may be held.

Personal Data stored by the Marketplace shall be further bound by the following terms and conditions:

  • Such Personal Data will only be used with the consent of the owner of that Personal Data
  • Personal Data shall be used by the Marketplace in instances where such Personal Data owned by individuals who are a party to a contract between Buyers and Vendors is required to fulfil that contract’s obligations.
  • Personal Data shall be used by the Marketplace for statistical purposes and to improve the functioning of the Site and will be depersonalized (made anonymous) by the Marketplace in such instances.
  • Personal Data shall be used by the Marketplace to promote goods for sale by Vendors on the Site to facilitate communication between Buyers and Vendors concerning such goods.
  • Personal Data shall be used by the Marketplace in instances bound to relevant statutory laws governing such Personal Data.

The Marketplace shall have the right to share a Buyer’s Personal Data with Vendors and relevant freight and logistics operators for the sole purpose of delivering goods purchased by Buyers as part of the contractual obligation of fulfilling the Buyer’s request to purchase goods from Vendors on the Site. In such instances Personal Data will be encrypted unless the owner of such Personal Data agrees beforehand to such Personal Data being not encrypted.

Any documents in digital form signed electronically shall be deemed equivalent to a document being signed by hand.

The Marketplace shall have the right to entrust an individual’s Personal Data to an authorized third party with the consent of the owner of that Personal Data. Such third parties will be bound by the identical conditions relating to Personal Data set out in this Agreement.

The Marketplace shall be responsible for the actions of third parties entrusted with Personal Data in instances where such Personal Data may be used in a manner contrary to the terms and conditions of Personal Data set out in this Agreement. The Marketplace will not be held liable for Personal Data that is made public by the owner of such Personal Data.

Any person deemed the lawful owner of Personal Data has the right to demand from the Marketplace information regarding the use and/or deletion of their Personal Data in the following instances:

  • As a matter of due process where Personal Data is stored used and/or deleted by the Marketplace the owner of such Personal Data is entitled to such information.
  • The owner of Personal Data must be made aware that their Personal Data is being viewed as part of a processing procedure.
  • The owner of Personal Data must be informed when their Personal Data is being accessed and viewed by authorized representatives of the Marketplace.
  • The owner of Personal Data must be informed of the estimated time allocated for their Personal Data to be stored viewed and processed by the Marketplace.
  • The owner of Personal Data is entitled to the statutory rights afforded them by applicable laws governing the use storage and access of Personal Data.
  • The owner of Personal Data is entitled to information revealing the identity including the name and address of any lawful person or other authorized third party that is able to access view store and delete their Personal Data.

In instances where owners of Personal Data wish to receive information about their Personal Data such that such information falls within the guidelines stated above relating to Personal Data accessed by the Marketplace the owner of Personal Data must request such information by writing to the following email sales@mahabazar.club or by writing directly to the head office of the Marketplace.

Potential Buyers must not reveal their unique username and password to any other entity or third party if potential Buyers are approved as legitimate Buyers by the Marketplace. Buyers must take all care and precaution to safeguard their username and password and it is highly recommended that Buyers use third party software to generate a complex alphanumeric password.

Buyers must take all care and follow due diligence if using shared electronic equipment where there is the potential for usernames and passwords to be stored on devices shared by others. If the Marketplace has reason to believe a Buyer’s username and password has been revealed to unlawful parties by use of software designed to unlawfully retrieve usernames and passwords the Marketplace reserves the right to restrict all access to a Buyer’s account in such instances.

4. Personal Data Security


The Marketplace whilst in the process of storing and accessing Personal Data takes all necessary steps as determined by relevant statutory laws to protect such Personal Data from unauthorized access arising from unlawful or accidental access resulting in a loss of or a copying of such Personal Data by unauthorized persons.

The Marketplace uses software and appropriate technology and other means to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access by unlawful means. The Marketplace constantly monitors Personal Data databases for security breaches and ensures Personal Data is only accessed by persons authorized to do so. All payment information used by Buyers on the Site is encrypted for added security.

5. Deletion of Personal Data


The Marketplace will delete Personal Data in the following instances:

  • the Personal Data has been processed
  • the date of expiration for storing Personal Data has been reached
  • the Personal Data has been processed and used as lawfully intended
  • the Personal Data is no longer required
  • the owner of the Personal Data has requested such Personal Data be deleted
  • the Marketplace has been deemed bankrupt and is liquidated.

In instances listed above the Marketplace will delete the Personal Data such that it is no longer accessible by any means by any data retrieval device or any other means to recover such deleted Personal Data. Such Personal Data will be permanently deleted.
